Replace the Pu with a V10 on renewable biofuels in the modern car for the noise and to lighten the cars and make them smaller. No refueling but keep a DRS/Push To Pass system for additional power Scenario 7 and Quali modes
They weren’t terribly reliable and were really expensive. We remember the sound and the size and ignore all else. All anyone wants no is those two features. 2010 had KERS which was essentially DRS.

2010 had KERS which was essentially DRS.
Wasn't KERS banned for 2010 but brought back for 2011? Sure a few teams had it in 2009 but then got rid for the following year
