My friend that I play with literally comes on the server to build some nonsense using up all the resources & logs back out... Never tames anything, never farms anything, never wants to leave the base at all!😂
how do you make it so you can walk more then like 100ft from eachother? everytime I tried to play multiplayer it set a limit on how far we could be away from each other.
There is a line in the ini (I dont recall the details) that sets distance from host. The slider bar only goes so far, but you can enter whatever value you want in the ini.

Oh man, when you mentioned ''tired of pve'ing around'' I realised how much I love ARK PVP servers, specially those with friendly alpha tribes so I wont worry about getting raided when we have a decent base, and the early game is so much fun, sometimes some bobs or small tribes mess around but at the same time you meet many people who are creative or bad ass, I love ark PvP servers. I remember few years back (2016) I used to play on Island and there were three alpha tribes in the map, who were at war with each other at times, one was Russian, one was American and one was German, each of them have had split their side of map with small gates at open fields and with signs at rivers or mountains, and there was few in game km of neutral zone in between their boarders, man I loved that server, it was always full with players, and smaller tribes were allowed to build in these three zones by paying the alphas some resources daily in order to be able to join their alliance and build inside their zones of territory, the Russian tribe have had their zone between north and north east, including Carno island, the Americans had their base between north and north east, and the entire of green obelisk area was the German Alpha tribe, there were also no tech or metal structures added to the game yet so having a T-rex was enough to be considered bad ass, me and my friend had only a small base at a beach at the German side and had some Turkish tribes as neighbours also with small bases (like the size of 16 small gates with spikes all around) I think the server got wiped but the two weeks I played in there it was so much fun and I met so many players and nice buildings and awesome chats. I never forget those days ☘🥹

The narcotics for the Theris got me laughing a bit, gotta use berries for tames that wake up fast, like Gigas/Theris and such. The effect of Narcotics is almost instantly, so it goes back to going down in torpor faster as well.

I only have ASE, but Therizinos should give more hide when you use their bite attack on a carcass. That'll also farm nothing but hide (and berries 💀) so they don't get encumbered or slotcapped with tons of useless meat and prime meat. Either way great video, looking forward to more projects like this :)
