Alex for riots in em4/911 all you have to do is arrest the person with the sign then the riot dispersed when the person with the sign is in the crusier
I am fully aware of that, I am playing the game since 2006, but how entertaining do you think a video would be if I finish that kind of fallout within 2 minutes each time

Yes. Harbor City was made for Multiplayer and Squad 55 still updates and plays Harbor City regularly.
