I bought this pattern and love the bags. I am a self taught sewing and I have made Maybe 7. My question is that I cannot get my corners as nice as yours…can you give some tips as to what I might be doing wrong? I’m thinking something happens when I do the corners that I am missing. I use clips….thank you for sharing your goft

Please make sure all the raw edges are aligned. I would check if I am happy with the corners before I proceed to the next step. Clipping would helpful. 😊

I think there is something wrong with the pattern. My corners also do not work even though are nicely aligned all the way before. The pattern is too complex. There are other tutorials that are easier and achieve same results. Don't let it frustrate you nada!
@@anaevf18 I have also played with the zipper size and how close I get to the zipper. Thanks. It makes me feel bonkers
I may have found my mistake…is step 5 in the pattern a 1/4 or 1/8. It would seem the basting is 1/8 and what is intended is 1/4 for actual steP 5

I do not recommend buying the pattern. I tried four different times and it does not work. I think the measurements are wrong as the final result is a slightly rounded pouch. The corners do not really align. I consider it wasted money
