When my dad went somewhere for a few minutes, the server came with the drinks and the food, I think I accidentally switched the drinks and got pretty drunk. I don’t remember what happened in the middle, but I remember having a female security check up on me. My dad was not back yet, it must have been like 30 minutes since he had gone. I sobered up a bit, and then I was immediately embarrassed. My dad taught me to never lose my calm, especially if the people I’m talking to are police or authority figures. I panicked a little, and the female officer helped me calm down. She led me outside to call someone and explain what was going to happen I didn’t end up on handcuffs, but I did stay in county jail for some hours. Then, the police informed me that my dad wasn’t picking up the phone. When he finally did answer my phone, I was not the one on the end of the line, but I doubt he knew that because he just confessed that he abandoned me there and that if I come home again he’s gonna call the police on me.
