Nice demonstration, very well done. Coach T gave a great clinic on this at the '97 convention. It was titled 'Sliding Defense' but he was more than happy to share offensive strategy as well. His initial topic began w/ 4v4 starting w/ the ball from top, behind and the wings. He reduced the #'s down to a 2v1 for simplification. Great lecture and the drills have since become the daily bread of many practices. Another sweet lecture was from Rick Mercurio the year after his Sachem team won the NY State title. His base O he called 1-2-3 Offense, with a man @ X, two on the crease and three spread across the top. It has your vid's concepts as well as a crease roll-off to replace at X. We ran this on occasion, but my favorite began w/ a wing dodge. Fun...
