What's with all the sad fanarts about Denmark? ''We're best buddies, right?'' :'( I've always thought that the Denmark character was a bit odd. I just thought he seemed like a nordic version of America. Slightly less famous and less selfish, I'd say, but just as loud. But after seeing some fanart, I've realised a different side to his character. That he, even though he was kind of a jerk to the other nordics and a bad roommate, was really just trying to help. He has the best intentions in mind and might just be a little awkward. Denmark is the happiest country in the world, but the fact that there is no actual law that states when you can drink (only when you can buy alcohol at 16) also makes it the country with the highest percentage of drinking teens (that's what I've heard.) So maybe the drinking is meant to be a coping mechanism for the character? He just seem so sad all of a sudden, cous all the other countries just tell him to shut up, even when he's trying to cheer them up... Or maybe I'm just thinking too much. I guess I'm sort of biased.
Well, if you look at almost every nordic fanon stuff i assure you that everything would be 98% more angsty than a normal hetalia fanon stuff, idk why happens, but happens A LOT, for some reason all the fans love make a big drama over the nordics and all their oh so angsty (and badass) stuff. The 2% remaining are the memes of and about Iceland (that are hilarious by the way)

Ha, that is funny. I live in Norway, and I'm often told I look like I should be from Romania or Hungary (I think it is mostly because I have dark hair). Finnish is a very beautiful language, and my friend Kervsa is from Finland, so she speaks fluently. I speak German, but I would love to be able to travel there one day. So far, I've gone to the Nordic countries (excluding Iceland, but I'm going this winter to see the auroras! I'm so excited!) most of the United Kingdom, and America.
You're living the dream, I've traveled out of the USA to Canada and Mexico a couple times (I'm 16) but it's my dream to travel to as many countries as I can, when I get the opportunity I'd love to travel to Europe and check out all of those countries

Now she's working at a agency for bus trips...I really want to visit the USA someday and Mexico too, since I learnt Spanish for 3 years.And to my " I have friends who never left Germany...that's sad" I want to add: the Netherlands are only 25km from our town away, they could go there easily even without much money!
