I am a teacher. I teach like this with more explanations whenever needed. Anyway, some students are not "100%" present. They are bodily in the classroom but daydreaming, or talking, etc. They Do Not Learn and complin " I don't understand You" . Learning something needs full attention, otherwise forget learning. Not taking responsibility for our learning, and expecting the teacher "Inject" the material in our heads is prevailing culture.
So, you learn this lesson because you want to and you do not "Multi Tasking".

Why is this so much better than every teacher throughout my life
You are the best teacher whether it's math or science. Here in my country, we pay expensive tuition fee but we don't get good enough education. Here in UA-cam, we just watch a wholesome educational video just for free.

Listen to that teacher and retain it, or relearn it later. :) One is easier than the other.

What happened was during virtual learning last year, (which was already bad enough for me due to the substitute teachers being inexperienced in teaching).
