The artists would like to acknowledge the land on which this video was filmed, the land of the Tohono O’odham, Sobaipuri, Pascua Yaqui, and Hohokam people, and to pay respect to their elders past, present and future. The artists also acknowledge that this land was founded upon exclusions and erasures of indigenous people, including those on who’s land we filmed. This acknowledgement is a commitment to the process of working to dismantle this country’s ongoing legacy of settler colonialism.

The one and only Kid Congo Powers doing what he does best...his own thing! The suit alone is incredible. Dreaming rustic landscape is so engaging. That he's reminiscing about Jeffrey Lee Pierce is simply wonderful. What a combined musical legacy they both leave. Ethereal magic. Keep dancing Kid!

The night desert shots give me Beefheart's Ice Cream For Crow vibes
This was filmed at Gilbert Ray Campground on the south side of Saguaro National Park outside of Tucson, Arizona. I stayed there last winter and had a great time. It is usually crowded in winter mind you. PS. They forgot to mention that the Pascua Yaqui tribe live in this area as well. They have two reservations, each about fifteen miles away from the campground. One is to the south and the other is to the east. (The eastern one is unmarked on maps, but is located in the heart of Tucson with a ceremonial dance court and a beautiful church. Search long enough and you will find it!)

Watched the deer dancers and listened to the drums all night into Easter morning , BEAUTIFUL! I'll never forget it

Its like a surf band got lost in the desert, forgot the ocean exists, met a shaman wrapped in a Mexican blanket who puts on a bossa nova record at low volume, and they all eat peyote and have dreams about flying.

Love this meditative weirdness and calming walk of 14 minutes. My husband says this guy is his brother-from-another-mother. If we were friends I would cook up some Eggplant Parmesan and hang out and talk all night. I would even sing if I got drunk enough and that would be a funny, painful thing to hear but very well meant.
