Hi, thank you!! Hyakumanben Handicrafts Market is on the 15th of each month at Chion-ji and Umekoji Handicrafts Market is at Umekoji Park is the first Saturday of the month. I'm not sure if you can make those or not though! Kamigamo Shrine is also great and I recommend visiting both for the market and for the shrine itself. :)

What time do the flea market open/starts?
Each vendor arrives separately, but most are set up by 8 or 9 am and begin packing up around 4-5pm. And its on the 21st of each month. :)
