She is not bad, is just that target debuff is such a forgotten debuff and it's her conditional debuff, you see, even the devs prefer to give new and old units a set amount of hit % as passives over giving them or implementing other ways to apply target debuff. So when they add a unit that need Souls, has a non attack skill and is open to counters on top of having said debuff as it's main gimmick then it becomes kinda troublesome.
We had a lot of aoe def pen but the only one that has 100% is lrk i think tho he can't crit. Laika is 80%. Purious and ludwig 60%, landy and lhc 50%. But i think ml laika is the first unit that has aoe ignore dmg share Dmg is great but i expect units to do that with this much setup
Lermia is only 50% def pen, and she needs the condition of getting enough fighting spirit to unlock S3. Also, her damage can be mitigated by passives/Aurius holder. ML Laika straight ignores Aurius/dmg sharing and has 80% pen.

But yeah shes the first unit able to area pen def no matter what you fight , at least if you manage to never fail your debuff First team , need artifact lvl 30 , no 15% , outspeed with 3 units 3 15% in around 10 fights...well , thats actualy around 15% , but strangely in my account theres a 15% at least once each 3 debuffs lol
Well...for laika its like a more powerfull def break that also increase hit chance and dmg For every other unit you better just ignore it Theres a pve boss that need this debuff to take 70% more dmg but...laika s3 doesnt fully benefit it Untill buffed or the release of an area debuff , shes...a 4 star tier
Yeah if you use her normally, without any other ranger, she will inevitably be this. At this rate, using aoe Def break is less cumbersome and actually feasible. However she is unusable if you put her in defense since, thanks to all source of target debuff being single taget, the AI will always focus fire on that target until it was removed so you could not make a team full of target debuff to exploit White Laika.
I think here is not all moments with her. Ml laika is very vulnerable for 15% resist. So i lost 2nd battle on gw cuz that... She is really not too bad like all said, but... She has too many random moments that can ruin fight with her. If we compare, Straze, Ludwig more stable for that. But Laika is waifu, What else do we want? >_>

If the aoe target skill doesn't have strip it can be countered by immunity, cleanse, eff res etc. If it's non attack skill it can be countered by heroes like Politis or Celine. If it's an attack skill it can be countered by a multitude of counter heroes. If it's RTA then ppl can just ban her or the aoe target hero, or outspeed. Idk about you but I'm tired of new heroes that are dogwater on release. They could've made her S2 have extra turn without SB but they decided to tune her down. Newly released heroes should challenge the current meta instead of ppl just always using the same broken heroes for the past couple of months.

Maybe it would have been too op to make her that self sufficient. Or maybe they might have had to decrease her damage for that to happen. Because I don't see this team be consistently used in Rta. Thats why I talked about a possible unit that can inflict multiple targets at once.
