🇬🇭🇯🇲🇬🇭🇯🇲🇬🇭🇯🇲🇬🇭🇯🇲 Ghanaians are good and trustworthy but the trust has to be earned, i would definitely agree you have to be in Ghana of you are starting up until you really know and understand the business inside out.
I have a plan but will not implement until i can stay Ghana for at least 18 months

Snails 🐌 🐌 Should Be Separated. Don't Put 3 Different Kinds Of Snails Together. You Need To Build Commercial Greenhouse Snails 🐌 Farming And Should Be Separated

Snails farming is one of the best but takes patience to profit from. It doesn't smell.
Go for it as it's not too late.
I'm a snails farmer in itaoluwo ikorodu area.

It's very sad there's no one to trust these days. Very pathetic. This brother has wasted his money on such a lucrative business by relying on his brother. Very shameful

If you employ workers, I hope that you pay them an honest, fair wage in return for a good day's work. We are all dependent on each other and until we learn that things will never improve. If people feel cheated they will not give their best, this could cause stealing and you the producer cannot sell anything because the customer cannot afford anything. This is why Africa is always calling on outsiders to come and invest.
This is a vicious and dangerous cycle that leads to outside master servant, poverty, and even loss of homeland when the outsider becomes Lord and master over the under/unpaid paid worker who cannot care for their family that leads to becoming troublesome or uneducated slaves.
Wake up Africa.Learn from the past experiences of other nations. I do not need to repeat who they are because I have mentioned them so many times before.

Hire a passionate foreigner to come to Ghana to manage your business for you. There are cheap labor from south America, India, Philippines you can bring to Ghana, provide them housing on the farm. Problem solved. Local Ghanaian are not reliable.

There are professional and honest Ghanaian farm managers.
My family member and their spouse, who live and work in Europe, have a large Poultry Farm in this same area.
They built a house with bolt hole running water, solar electricity, for their farm manager and their family on site. When the farm became profitable, they bought a farm pick-up truck. Everything is base on planning. Farming is very lucrative in Africa, if planned and managed well. No need to bring in foreigners. Ghanaians are hard working, honest, and reliable. Find the right ones, outside of your family, and you’ll not go wrong.

@InoKun-lu5ef less than 1 percent of Ghanaian are honest. May be you are lucky to get a person for your business. 99 percent of businesses don't. Even those major business owners in Ghana bring in foreigners to manage their business in Ghana, especially the sensitive part of the business. Sales and money. You don't put Ghanaian to manage the money part of the business. That will be a mistake.

@kwesiasante7752 How do you know? Are you a Ghanaian who have traveled and live in various parts of the country to study them, and come up with this sort of derogatory statistic? If 99% of businesses in Ghana don’t according to your above baseless statistics; how come Ghana’s economy is one of the fastest growing in Africa? How come Ghana is one of the countries in Africa attracting vast foreign investment? A lot of Ghanians we interact and do business with at home and in the Diaspora are honest.

    • @kwesiasante7752

@InoKun-lu5ef Majority of the big businesses are foreign owned. They bring in their own workers to manage sensitive part of their business. They hire Ghanaians in non sensitive area of their business with heavy security cameras around them to make sure nothing go missing. I see that all the time. So many of our Ghanaian people have collapse our own people business due to greetings, envy and jealousy.
