I think the key to fast and quality make up is practice. I used to wake up really early to do every step but now it takes like 15 minutes even if I haven’t previously decided what I’m going for. It’s been 7 years of almost daily make up… With time you learn what techniques suit you and how to do them efficiently :)

The important thing is doing whats right for you! You don't need an elaborate routine if you don't have the time and a simple routine works better for you. In the winter time my skin is so dry that I don't wash my face with cleanser every day (If I don't have makeup on) I will often just do a luke warm water for a cleanse. You have to do what works for you!

When I started doing my make up, I used to wake up more than an hour earlier, now I do a winged eyeliner in 2 minutes and my whole routine in 15. it’s really all about practice and trying things out and knowing what looks good on your face. Your hands get used to the motion and at some point you can even do an eyeliner in one motion just because your hands got so accustomed to it.

Maybe you should plan your makeup the day before, that way you know what to do and you, you can write down all your steps and set the timer for you to know how many time do u have and then you should be able to do it quicker every time! Start from simple routine and then add new steps, I think this can help
