Just an idea from my thoughts, if maybe you guys display a house eg in Lavington worth (9.8M) would you mind extending the video title by adding the monthly estimate rent amount for investors to know??? Eg. TWO BEDROOM LAVINGTON( 9,800,000)(Monthly estimate rent( 85,000 p/m) as the video title this way an investor can understand a guide to: Return on Investment. Just an idea..thanks again for your videos..
This is a nicely done and well researched video! However, we need to completely forget about Nairobi and shift our focus on developing other cities like Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru etc The whole Kenya can’t be revolving around Nairobi only! The population pressure is getting ridiculous given how Nairobi’s horizontal infrastructure is old, outdated and even nonexistent in most places! The few green spaces around Nairobi will soon be destroyed and replaced with unattractive concrete structures if we continue at this pace! Lol 😏
Comment on what you've seen, not what you haven't seen: I'm sure you haven't seen Kisumu, Nakuru and Mombasa here. They too have their own good residentials. Comment on what has been displayed.
@@anthonyjasper371 ...oooh nice one !! Am sure they had some criteria in having the top areas. But as per my understanding i always see Realty Boris focuses less on. Outskirts of Nairobi like Muthaiga,Kiambu,Gigiri or maybe, less developments happen in those areas since its old money already and there is less to develop
it was debunked that Runda is not an abbreviation for 'Reserved United Nations Development Area', because The name "Runda" existed even before the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) was formed in 1972
I like this coverage. However, I would have thought that Muthaiga is the wealthiest and has held that position since the colonial days. I am also aware that Muthaiga properties are not easy to come by because these properties are rarely on sale. I could be wrong though.
Lavington shouldn't be here! That's not being just to Muthaiga! Guys! Muthaiga is such rich that you can't even get access to it, perhaps, that's why they left it out!
With the high rise mushrooming everywhere in Kilimani and other area’s pathetic roads and drainage not to mention the sewerage am sorry it will look like a ghetto soon.

It’s kind of tragic that Karen is filled with the political class. We all know that most of them get their money from through proceeds of corruption while millions languish in poverty. In developed countries like the United States, Canada, U.K, etc businessmen and women are the wealthiest. Not politicians. We need better leaders. Anyway, great video & amazing properties!!
Nairobi is disappointing on the ground very ugly. I think Nairobi should be more about the people for their kindness and love of their African neighbors

Nairobi looks good from the sky but totally different on the street view zero maintenance a sorry state 😮
Which streets specifically?
He’s right though, the sidewalks, gutters and other city busy infrastructure need to be well maintained and kept.
Agree 100%
Nairobi is unfortunately insecure and dirty. That is the truth.
