There’s a football manager documentary and a few managers are on there playing it. Ole solskjaer was on it lol 😂 I asked him about it outside the ground at Cardiff as well
Also as a MOTIVATOR I don't think Holloway would be very good at a game where they're robots and have NO HEART TO HYPE AND PUMP UP! Orrr NOT just that but make them feel AT EASE as the smaller weaker team. Like he can crack a joke and ease the TENSION AND NERVES. NEVER underestimate how important just getting rid of NERVES IS!

Holloway whilst you was in charge of us when we went down. Your a funny and honest guy. Me personally anyway don't mind you at all - to answer Jack's question unfortunately we'll never know reports/media didn't help creating stories around his dismissal we was in the bottom 3 and losing constantly in bad ways in the league our form had us 18th and realistically only going one direction when we got rid of him the club and rhe football went back to its basics and we ended up surviving quite comfortably in the end. It was a sad day because nobody wanted the dream to end with a sacking let alone potential relegation after winning the title the owners made the big but difficult call. It wasn't a nice way fir it to end but it was the right decision but thats just my opinion though
I’m with him on the criticisms - I never moan at any city players if they give 100%. Doesn’t matter if we lose, I’ll support. Suffering is bury and Macclesfield - not losing CL finals.
When he's talking about Taibi oh I remember it vividly and I was only 8. Playing for my local under-11's and we were all taking the piss out of him during training the next day, taking it in turns going in goal just to let the shot run through our legs. He went on to have a howler against Chelsea a week later and then he was dropped. The man was a good keeper and spent most of his career in top flight peak Italian football. Says it all. Fergie needed a scapegoat after their unbeaten run came to an end and it had to be Taibi.
Leicester aim at start of season was to avoid relegation when they won league, so if they came 17th rainieri wouldn’t of lost job year after for being mid table. Sacked due to his own success lol. Bizarre!!
He was taking us down mate. Lost his head and started doing weird things which lost the dressing room. Infamously banning fried chicken burgers being one of them.
Klopp has done it at lower lever where he has built teams, Pep has only ever worked with top teams and I dont think he could manage a lower level team and bring them up like Klopp did
