It's also in the credits at the end of the video. There shouldn't be any issues with this video. Sheesh. This is from Kevin MacLeod's website:

    Okay, is that clear enough????
This is the Reform 1745 fountain pen. Made by Reform (or maybe
someone else) in Germany (or maybe Asia) in the 1990s (or maybe the 1950s) for German schoolchildren (or maybe grown-up fountain pen fanatics, some of whom buy them by the fistful) because they're known for
    1) being a decent, inexpensive piston filler
    2) having a somewhat flexy nib
    3) selling like hotcakes whenever they turn up.
I think that covered it. See what happened there? Nobody seems to know for sure when these pens were made and some have
oddball theories about them being made in Asia, even.
Here's one thread of many on the fountain pen network about this
    pen:

Even the history of Reform as a company seems to be a bit fuzzy. Fortunately, a member of fountainpennetwork.com named Kaweco posted this a while back in an effort to make things a bit more clear:
    www.fountainpen...
    reform/
Now that that's (un)clear ;), this is what is written on the page in the video:
    "Reform 1745 Slightly
    flexy nib.
    In Xanadu did Kubla Khan
    a stately pleasure-dome decree
Where Alph, the sacred river, fan
    through caverns measureless
to man, down to a sunless
    sea. Blah, blah, blah.
    squiggly lines, lines demonstrating flex
Yup, I forgot to turn the light
    on before I started.
    Sorry about that. :)
