Mograph in After Effects! Beginner Tutorial!

I see some people out there making beginner mograph (motion graphics) after effects tutorials that are like 5 minutes or 10 minutes or more. No one has that kind of time to learn anything these days so my tutorial takes 4 minutes.

You can export h264 straight out of Ae again, just like the good ol' days, but with a better compression algorithm.
