Hiya, first off , awesome video. Second , I'm interested in getting into KD and these mistakes are a bit worrying. I noticed there's an expansion pack(that includes DBK) for 1.6. Is this a later version than your review and if so do you know if the are the errors fixed?
I’m so glad you did this. You said everything I’ve ever thought about it. I feel exactly the same as you do. This is the best and worst expansion at the same time. The only reason it’s bad is because they are lazy and have absolutely horrible editors. They made editing mistakes on this that an average 10 year old would rarely make. It makes me wonder if they even care. Frankly speaking someone should be fired. You can see the problems in 5 seconds. However, I would still absolutely recommend this for purchase. I paid full price and would again if I had to. In some ways I almost wish they would put off new content until 2022 and fix the problems they have now. Or just only release Campaigns of Death. If they can’t get a single Gigalion monster right how can anyone hope they get a 20 new monsters right? I hope Wave 3 is like this expansion without the editing issues but their track record shows that everything will have some sort of heavy errata needed. I?only ordered CoD just because it will give another 100-200 hours of play which is enough to keep me going until 2022.
I ordered CoD right away during the 1.5 Kickstarter when it the content pitch was just fixing the old expansions. Now CoD is a completely different beast and has not been mentioned in the most recent kickstarter updates. I fear that your pushing everything back until 2022 is too generous. I fear the reason CoD does not get mentioned in the newest updates is that Gamblers chest and pinups will be the only content we will see in 2021. I hope I am wrong and he does indeed release CoD with the Gamblers chest, but I have lost faith. I post on the Kickstarter regularly and have gotten direct answers from Poots about his play testing methods. Spidicules review will touch on his direct comments.
Bra Mithra this makes me nervous. I don’t understand why they release more content when what they have out now isn’t fixed? Is there any explanation or at least a rumor what their thought process is? Isn’t it logical to fix what is problematic before you throw more on the pile? I didn’t order gamblers chest because I know there would be problems with it. If they can’t get Gigalion right there’s no way they will get much else right. I worry that eventually the company could fail because of poor editing. I’ll be playing this for years but it sure seems strange that they not catching on.
I really like dung beetle knight as a late game quarry but it doesn’t scale as good as sunstalker - reason being crimson jewel is really hard to achieve and although the subterranean agriculture is cool it’s just a simple rinse and repeat - I like the sky fishing and crafting sunstalker gear - that armor is probably the best for ranged and dps based characters Classified rolling armor is AAA B65 the normal one nah - not any better than gorment armor
@@BraMithra yep - i generally tend to hunt Phoenix and Sunstalker - if i really wanna mess things up just pair up Flower Knight Bow with Sunstalker Armor and it hits INSANE - i used to hunt DBK often but now I’m kinda over him .... he is still a really nice fight but his lv2-3 are just not worth it when Sunstalker provides more....I tend to carry Black sword from Gorm to late game too, and with Sunstalker is great, or even lantern Armor But I CANT wait to see how will Smog Singer, Crimson Crocodile & Kings Armor will be! SO EXCITED FOR GAMBLER CHEST
@@BraMithra I just FINALLY ordered Dragon King with the sale yesterday. Now that one I'm hyped about. Mostly to paint though, I haven't even seen what that one brings into the game.
@@DCAMM720 I am glad that the expansions made their way into the hands of players who wanted them and not into the hands of resellers. I am always glad to hear that everyone gets to buy the expansion they want at a fair price.

1.6 does indeed fix most of these mistakes. TOM still has some issues, but those will be fixed in CoD.

I'd probably try and magnetize the weapons, that way you can switch them out.
True. It is well worth the extra effort to magnetize.

What did you use to fit the equipment cards? Those look like TCG card binder but the pouches are so small.

I agree the calcified armor is great. Sunstalker armor is really nice for ranged builds and really nice for blue affinity-based trap hunters.
