His voice is shot here. Well deserved break required plus more of a break in between albums. I think the raised neck singing stance strained his ability to sing. Irreversible vocal damage perhaps
I don't know if it actually made liam's voice worst at that Time but hashimoto's disease could have something to do with the decrease in his high pitched songs performances
@@andrewbowyer5043 Noel said himself in an interview on one of the Japan gigs that year that they planned on taking a year off after the BHN tour. They played a few US shows in '99 and Liam did sound great from the rest he had. It was defo needed.
This has to be the roughest Liam's voice was in the 90s. His pitch here is still surprisingly good considering his voice is blown, and the growl/rasp he has is insane. I honestly like this tone of his voice, but it is really not a good technique of singing, and I am sure it is one of the many reasons his voice declined
