I have a TG600 that I haven't used in a while. I tried using it today but it's barely spraying any texture. I cleaned it multiple times trying to figure out what's going on. Any suggestions for me to check out?
I’m 2 yrs late but their is a little brass tube that holds the black rubber pipe that goes into the mud ..... that little brass piece has like 4 or 5 holes on the tip of it . Those have to be clean and unclogged . 2.) make sure your texture is thinned out good you want it pretty watery to where when you pour it it flows a little more watery than pancake mix .... unless it’s knockdown then you want it just a little thicker . 3.) when you put the tip on the tighter you tighten it the bigger the pattern gets . If you put it on and have only tightened the tip like 2.5 turns hardly anything will come out . Somewhere within them 3 options you will have it shooting amazing and never bust out the hopper or compressor again
I love getting the consistency just perfect to keep a constant spray like this

I also heard to Seal inside is worn out. Replace the part
Is this the 600 model? What’s the difference in the different models
The only difference is the body of the sprayer. One is metal the other is plastic.
