Had my Liberty safe installed by the San Jose branch and wow was the service even better than I expected. They had 4 guys so installation was a breeze. Even with 4 guys they took their time and spent at least 30 mins to bolt it down, install lights, and install a dehumidifier. The lead guy was a fighter and we literally had fun sparring in my garage while they installed my safe lol. I wish more companies were like this. Makes one proud to be an American.
It's funny, I was thinking about my safe and if there has been any upgrades. Then I opened youtube and Dan's there promoting his safes, what a coincidence . I purchased my Liberty Presidential 50 Burgundy/Gold from Dan in Sacramento back in Sept 2011 and love it. Dan has the best customer service ever and safe delivery/installation.
Absolutely right. Sturdy Safe offers 4 gauge (which is 1/4") for less money than this 7 gauge. Also, he said "Super heavy door". So what? He never said anything about the steel in the door. Plate or composite?
Also very heavy! Liberty's heaviest 3 safes all weigh the same in the 1500 range. For someone who does not have a pad to put one on I am not sure I would want to go heavier! This has been my issue and its circled me back to National Security line . 1500 is heavy but a safe the same size close to 4k is to much for wood floor.
Graffunder is a safe. Liberty is a RSC residential security container which means it passed a test keeping someone out for 5 minutes. Its like comparing a wagon to a Ferrari, no comparison. Liberty will keep honest people honest for up to 5 minutes. Graffunder will keep your possessions safe.

Does installation involve bolting the Presidential down to the concrete? Or is there no point in bolting it down since it's so heavy?
How thick is the steel that the locking bars lock behind? Also how big is the gap between the frame and door?
Can you send me a catalog
Its a tough call between the black and gray
The Liberty Presidential series should upgrade to 1/4 inch steel for the body

I've researched the top 3 safe manufactures of AMERICAN made safes...For me WILL be a Liberty!
What a salesman. Plenty of better safes out there, but he still pitches Liberty like it's the best you can buy.

Presidential?!? As....safe.... as Kennedy was, eh? What a joke. One phone call blows clean through these things.
Graffunder is a better safe, but very expensive

The round locking bolts on my Presidential is much more attractive. I don't like these crude "military" locking bolts one bit.
In a high quality safe, the round bolts will also rotate, so a grinder wont be able to cut though it
