Hi Mr Zim, finally you did New Ashdown Park though i watched it from Blessed to Be A Blessing. you guys are doing wonderful job for Zim. Well, It is a beautiful suburb coming alright. these new suburbs New Ashdown park, Sandton park, Hydon park, Madokero, Rockview are good place to own a house and live. Thank you Sir
I have been to old Ashdown Park several times in the 90's at my Aunt's my mom and I liked it, it was one of those underated neighborhoods, the new one looks beautiful and i am loving it, the home owners seem to have been watching your show coz their durawalls are much much better than other neighborhoods youve done before hahahaha . Thank Mr Zim like always unogona
Its always gd to hv a place to call home. Very beautiful neighborhood in the making. The future of our country 🇿🇼 is very promising n inspiring starting from the infrastructure. Thanx Mr Zim 🇿🇼. These videos hit the notes
Nice video and good to see how fellow Zimbabweans work hard building these marvellous houses, proud of them. Ashdown Forest East Sussex is beautiful with lots of trees proper forest.
Been watching your shows. Thanks Mr Zim. I have heard of another development called Golden Heights in Shamva.A bit out of town but can you visit and show case the area if you can?
Good job there keep them coming do what you do best,,this is what we know you know best Lorraine Drive go as far as Bluff Hill...Zim is blessed pa madheu dheu apa so proud...🇿🇼🇿🇼🇿🇼👍💪🙏💪🙏🙏
I think that it is much easier for me to marry a guy like Mr. Zim. Come on! I am 22 and can never afford to build a house like those before my biological time runs out. So Murume wangu should take care of that problem where our children grow up.
Thank so much hanzvadzi🙏🏾🙏🏾How far is this area from Avondale? ko makanganwa kutiudza kuti ndiani the developer ari kutengesa mastand kuNew Ashdown? Ndiko here kwakambopunzwa dzimba uku? That terrifies me!!
Yes you are allowed to build a cottage in any area let it be high density, medium density and low density. The average plot size of high density areas is 300sqm so you can build a 100sqm main house and 30sqm cottage , in medium denisty the average plot size is 500 sqm meters you can build a house 100sqm then 50 sqm cottage.
If a area is not within a low density surbub from city council regulatory laws standards and also government regulatory laws standards its not middle class . All middle class surbubs are in low density surbubs starting from 800 sqm which is the lowest where one is allowed to have a borehole, septic tank and can build multiple story buildings thats is what has been agreed upon when it came to city planning for Zimbabwe allowing living the American dream here in Zimbabwe . Harare has 3 wealthy neighbourhoods only that is umwinsidale, a specific part of Glenloan (not the whole of Glenloan) the part where makandiwas house is , malbrough south, harare has 125 upper middle class areas plot sizes between 1acre thats 4045 sqm to 5000sqm(examples Borrowdale ward 1. Brookview estate, High lands ward 2. The grange Borrowdale ward 3. Borrowdale brook), 203 comfortable middle class areas half a acre thats around 2000 sqm to around 3000sqm(examples 1. Avondale 2. Westgate 3. Mt pleasent heights), 105 lower middle class areas a quarter a acre thats around 1000sqm to around 1900sqm(examples 1. Avonlea, 2 malbereign, 3. Hatfield ). The reason for this is to make sure realestate prices in these designated areas do not over exaggerate exceed price . A house in a neighbourhood development with plots averaging around 800sqm even if it is multiple story cannot over exceed its price and become the same a house in a neighbourhood development with plots averaging around 4045 sqm even if its also multiple story. There is a reason why if you buy a house in the ghetto like breaside with plots averaging around 400sqm the same with dzarasekwa which also averages around 400sqm it can not be valued the same price as a house in Avondale with a average plots size of 2000sqm same as westgate. The average neighbourhood plot size determines the price of ones house hence why city council regulations laws standards say an area status is determined by the average plot size of that neighbourhood. Thats why houses in borrowdale are expensive the whole of the borrowdale ward every neighbourhood has an average plot size of 1 acre thats why its expensive and its only low density thats why they made hetcliff so that maids and gardners can live there, then vs compared against places like malbereign since the average plot size for low density neighbourhood development is 800sqm to 900sqm it also has a mixture of high density, medium density and low density areas as malbereign ward thats why a house there is much cheaper.
@@MrZim263 yes that I know but if you see a house a fixupper in malbereign which has a average plots size of between 800sqm to 900 sqm its above the $ 100k you just suggested in this area you can get a brand-new house that doesn't need any refurbishment a stand here is around 30k at most in malbereign it is 60k twice as much. Remember this is harare hence why things are becoming expensive because of lack of space the original order of things does not change a middle class house in los Angeles carlifornia USA is 1 million dollars can you imagine.
@@MrZim263 Because of sanctions and other things like most Zimbabweans being self employed calculating average income is obsolete . No one can keep track of how much these individual bussiness enties are making its impossible. So definig the classes from what i have experienced born and have travelled all across harare to my current early 20s from other people too where you live determines your class. If I grew up in umwinsidale I'm rich If I grew up in quinnington borrowdale I'm upper middle class if i grew up in west gate I'm comfortable middle middle class if i grew up in Hatfield I'm lower middle class if i grew up in braeside or dzarasekwa thats the ghetto.
@@MrZim263 besides like i said before city council regulations laws standards and government regulations laws standards say that the development if low density comprises the middle class .

Is it low density
Medium density
open drainage is old skool
Are instalments allowed to purchase a land in this area
No instalments in Zimbabwe, very few developments offer that
Wrong title, there is no middle class in zimbabwe
the definition of middle class is subjective
