@@sethwaldron7508 Not only did he coerce Della into boarding the Spear of Selene but back when he was with SHUSH, he actually suggested global domination. That, to me sounds like committing crimes
@ Della wasn’t coerced, if she was she would have told Scrooge when she returned. The only way that he gets pinned for anything related to that is criminal negligence, but he neither built the rocket NOR funded it, and actually disproved of it in the first place. Not only that, but it was already intended for Dells to pilot it, AND it specifically stated the “no one could’ve predicted that cosmic storm” making her shipwreck either a complete accident or Scrooges fault for building the rocket, all Bradford did here was get the information to Della, and we don’t know how he did that and whether or not it was through illegal means. Second, he did propose a very unethical plan. Congratulations he’s a philosopher, I’m not sure what your point was there. Maybe, MAYBE, you could charge him with grand larceny for the lost treasures, but the majority of those lost treasures didn’t belong to anyone in the first place.

3:40 I feel like it's not terrorism. Moreso MASS reckless endangerment, since he didn't plan on it going haywire. Though, Beaks DID steal it, so there's that.
In one of the season 2 episodes, Mark Beaks tries to use Gandra Dee as a spy in an attempt to get a recording of Fenton saying "Blathering Blatherskites." His plan was a success. However, because he drank so much of the Gizmo nanite serum out of boredom, Beaks ended up turning into a hulking beast and kidnaps Huey and Webby. This forces Gandra and Fenton to team up. One of the two (I can't remember who; haven't watched that episode in a while) told Beaks he was trending, giving Gandra and Fenton to throw a phone at Mark Beaks. This leads to Mark Beaks realizing that he can't use a phone. This gives Fenton an opening to send a special paddle ball right into Beaks' mouth with enough force that the Gizmo nanites Beaks swallowed no longer worked. In season 3, we see Mark Beaks creatively bankrupt. His desperation to steal other people's ideas leads him to learning about Fenton and Gandra's top secret project: GizmoCloud, a virtual reality software that allows people to manifest their ideas into realities. This prompts Beaks to Waddle-ize it, and use GizmoCloud to pre-steal ideas. Fortunately, Huey, Fenton, Gandra, Gyro, Bulby and Fenton's mom were on the line to stop him before he can do any real damage.

You know it's funny to see what these villains are charged with and to think that they don't get that kind of punishment in the show or movie they are in for what they did. Which I'm kind of glad of in a way. Especially since some of these characters have gotten death sentences. Which would be very extreme for a kids show. But it's really something to think that they did something bad enough to get that sentence.
I loved Ducktales 2017 but imo the fact that no one was ever punished for what was essentially terrorism was very immersion breaking. There's literally a police/security force in Duckburg but they act more as punching bags for the villains than actually protecting the citizens. I get that joke that Beaks and Glomgold are rich and therefore untouchable, but c'mon man, they would literally be defined as domestic terrorists irl. Not only have they constantly attempted to hurt, kidnap, or even kill people, they don't even deny it. Especially Glomgold who actively brags about his attempts to kill Scrooge, in front of several witnesses too.
What about at Emma Glamour’s party? Falcon Graves has done terrible crimes. I kinda feel bad for this guy considering the Beaks family that hires him are driving him insane. But also he’s ruining all of Daisy’s hard work even if it’s also for the Misses Beaks. So he’s gotta pay! Especially when he hurts Donald. So from now on no one messes with Donald when Daisy is around.
How are you counting endangerment as terrorism? Beaks clearly didn't intend for the suit to go completely haywire like that. Terrorism is intentional by definition. Goldie: "82 years, huh? Guess it is about time I took a short vacation."
Could you do Ducktales Heros charged for their crimes one day? There's Scrooge of course, but Dewey also has done some stuff [joining the pirates, the entire Doomsday Vault fiasco], and while I like Della and think her grounding Louie in Timephoon was justified, the execution of the punishment in Glomtales is INCREDIBLY cruel and Della would have had all three nephews taken away from her if the show was realistic. I kind of understand going to Big Rock Candy Mountain without Louie, as it wouldn't be fair to the other kids to not go, but she should've at least promised to take Louie when he improves his behavior. However, leaving Louie with a ghost who couldn't care less about him and a robot made by GYRO GEARLOOSE who has a grudge against Louie and whose inventions always turn evil was a horrid movie and she could DEFINITELY be charged for that. Also, interesting that when Dewey's Doomsday Vault fiasco happened, she didn't punish him, but Louie got punished for Timephoon. If she was a better mom, both would have been punished, but not by leaving them with uncaring ghosts and dangerous robots.
The edits are still really choppy, and that makes it hard for my brain to enjoy because the canon dialogue keeps skipping and missing words and splicing sentences...
For Beaks “stealing” the Gizmoduck suit, it is actually property of Waddle, and Fenton was an employee of Beaks. So it would not be larceny, as the suit is his property.

Right? It was all his plan to begin with, and I'm pretty sure there's laws that would tie him to whatever Falcon did since it was under his orders.
