Blackmore, from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
He's one of the best side villains in a manga and I love him, he's from the part 7 of Jojo called Steel ball run, I recommend you to read/watch Jojo because steel ball run is one of the best things I've ever read and blackmore even having such a short role he's quite deep and interesting and proves to be a beautifull character
