I absolutely loved this movie! I was raised LDS and had so many questions about it when I was growing up I just didn't understand and nobody could answer, which is why I was out of there as soon as I was free to make my own choice around age 16. Everyone should be able to love who they love! AMEN.
This trilogy movie is a masterpiece, it has a beautiful love story with sadness, pain and happiness.. both protagonist acts very well, their very convincing. Ben and Nick's chemistry are powerful.
this movie was unexpectedly good, the two main characters are handsome and act well and the script is not as far fetched as I expected; it was a touching love story and I can't wait for the sequel
Good movie. All flavors. Love it. Don't be afraid of what we are born with. We just need to believe in ourselves and love ourselves very much. and follow the heart that we want Your heart is so handsome, RJ I love you. 😘"..
I watched the first movie in this trilogy friday and loved it. Watched the 2nd one last night(Sat) and loved it even more than the first one. Im apprehensive about watching the 3rd part tonight(but i will) because it might not end the way I want it too. Hopefully it'll be as moving as the first two 😐Update; I finished the 3rd movie and it was so good! Thumbs way up from me to this story and all 3 movies in it. Very touching 😢
Turns out that they're making a sequel, The Falls: A Testament of Love. The summary of the sequel kind of explains the ambiguous ending of The Falls. Search under The Falls and something called Kickstarter. They need funding help. Found this film very useful in helping to re-consider my attitude towards a gay relative, since I was brought up to believe it is the ultimate sin. Probably the most scary thing you can say about a film, that it makes you think again and question long held opinions.
I wasn't raised LDS or Mormon, but I came late into my Christianity...way late, my early twenties. I've always had major issues with religious intolerance, and have seen plenty of it. I'm part of the LGBT community myself, and can't fathom why God would hate these people, in fact, I refuse to accept that he does. This movie/and sequel has a very direct approach to homophobia, which I like a lot.
This was a brilliant movie. Some people may find the start slow but I thought it was a good build up, and a refreshing way of showing the life of Mormons. I can't wait to watch sequel. I also liked the music they used in the movie. (:
Acting was good. Scenes. Story line . Very touching. Very enjoyable. Emotional. Tenderness, Great undersatning of what fear and oppression can cause. I loved the coming out family scene ! Holy comolli !!! LOVE IS HONESTY. love is boundless. John 13:1-17 recounts Jesus' performance of this act. In verses 13:14-17, He instructs His disciples: If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. Thank you for this wonderful film. xx
Beautiful movie, I've watched it six times on net-flex already, sorry, I come from a similar background and it really hit home. All three young men played great parts. I wonder if they'd think about a sequel!
ah no, don't worry. i just watched it again and chris wrote that letter from oregon, so i think it was rather RJ receiving a letter from chris and getting in the car to drive back to oregon.
Dave Abby Mangampo Alano this was the first among the trilogy. it is considerable that the cinematographg is kinda young and not that mature. but you can see how the cinematography grows as it success on its third installment of movie. this is one of my favorite trilogy
Ramon Leon i guess i was asking if you knew wether or not there were prequels to this movie but i found my answer through good ol google lol. thank! =D
There is something I really liked about this film, yet unfortunately I feel it's lacking a bit in a few departments. The plot seems to drag at times due to the directing or it is inconsistent, and the cinematography feels a tad lifeless. There seems to be a missing sense of depth. However, I greatly appreciate some of the sentimental moments between the two of them (as with one of the bus scenes). Very touching (especially since it's like the moments I share with my partner, lol).
+Charlie Hatton You should watch part 2. This movie is RJ's story. Part 2, "The Falls: Testament of Love" is Chris' story of what happened after they left their mission.
Amo esta película, de verdad que la recomiendo ,no se van a arrepentir, vale la pena dedicarle el tiempo que requiere la película .vas quedar tan atrapado como yo lo hice. de verdad que espero la próxima con muchas ansias.
This movie was dead boring from the beginning but myyyyy, the last scene where that guy cried confessing his feelings was so genuine and perfect, it made me forgot all the boringness associated with this movie, lol
was so disappointed with the ending but I liked the movie so I went on imdb and they actually posted the whole sequel on there its through hulu so you have to watch a shit tone of commercials.
I liked the movie, and it really made me think. But it isn't beautiful. The sad thing is that they weren't able to be together in the first place. But once you're married with a child you don't leave your wife. It's never a beautiful or even acceptable thing to leave your wife... EVER... for any reason. Chris in this movie needed to man up and do what was right. Religion aside.
lmao when he said 20... like the guy is 20 haha. He looks at least 27... I seen this movie before it's called Latter Days except oh wait this isn't the same only a rip off... pass
I hope more people of the Mormon LDS can see these episodes and create more scenes like these., However the Head of humans and Mormon in order., All religious, can open their vision and their feelings,. "We are all of us, God's children and women, both God and women, know what and respect more than men. respecting and we grew., forgiven that we will be forgiven., and what land is the land., which and after this life, and peace, and all good fruits for a better spirit., the feelings are those forming intelligence to turn on in enegia., to be God's creatures. we have come here to learn and not to judge. the sexualities are things of the flesh and the flesh air back down to earth. "adimoro lot these elders Actors God Bless them
+geoos Probably not. There's a group whose fantasy is about the young innocent celibate "elders" in uniform. I'm thinking of Latter Days and mormonboyz.com, etc. No such inflated interest in Buddhist monks who can also be young, innocent, celibate and in uniform.
That's because Buddhists are allowed to be gay without their temples caring and not all Buddhists are required to run a mission. Futhermore, Buddhism is different and their celibate monks can't even touch a woman. Mormons move on later and are expected to procreate.
I absolutely loved this movie! I was raised LDS and had so many questions about it when I was growing up I just didn't understand and nobody could answer, which is why I was out of there as soon as I was free to make my own choice around age 16. Everyone should be able to love who they love! AMEN.
RJ is so brave❤️ wished every person who is judged by religion could be able to break free like he did❤️ such a beautiful Film!

I saw the three movies and I loved them.

When RJ cried pouring his heart out about his mission companion, I cried too. Awesome movie
Seen the trilogy and loved them.
Wish we could see where they are now.
A new film would be so awesome.
I watched all 3 . My goodness I cried.
Thanks...got the DVD.
Enjoy it
Good movie. All flavors. Love it. Don't be afraid of what we are born with. We just need to believe in ourselves and love ourselves very much. and follow the heart that we want Your heart is so handsome, RJ I love you. 😘"..
I am an ex-mormon and i am gay!

I'm obsessed with this movie but the second one is even better

Indeed 👏
One of the best films ever!!!!!!
The movie is beautiful, saw it, loved it.

I love to watch this trailer because I would like to find a love like that!!!!

MothersPills There is one. It's call The Falls: Testament of love. It's a great sequel and delves into the family aspect.
Sasha Christian Thanks, Sasha, I bought both movies and love them both. Hoping eventually for a third one to end the story. :-)
@@MothersPills there’s a third Covenant of Grace. But you have likely seen it by now.
i'm mormon, and i don't know what to say!!!! gays people should not to give up!!!
ah no, don't worry. i just watched it again and chris wrote that letter from oregon, so i think it was rather RJ receiving a letter from chris and getting in the car to drive back to oregon.
It would but sadly Chris instead started his trip around the world and was writing a letter to RJ telling him about it
No words.
Amé esta pelicula :'3
1:12 , he's waiting for you , be gentle.
Exactly!
I want to watch it, but the cinematography kinda turns me off
Dave Abby Mangampo Alano this was the first among the trilogy. it is considerable that the cinematographg is kinda young and not that mature. but you can see how the cinematography grows as it success on its third installment of movie. this is one of my favorite trilogy
Ericko Gonzales trilogy? there are other parts of this movie?
What i have watch the three movies. You another movie of gay mormons?
Ramon Leon i guess i was asking if you knew wether or not there were prequels to this movie but i found my answer through good ol google lol. thank! =D
I kinda wish for a good ending instead of the one they gave us but ehh i

+Charlie Hatton You should watch part 2. This movie is RJ's story. Part 2, "The Falls: Testament of Love" is Chris' story of what happened after they left their mission.
+zanthus7 okay! I didn't know there was another, I'll look into it!
+Charlie Hatton The first one didn't have much of a budget. The 2nd one is really good IMO.
The Book of Mormon: the musical looks pretty good so far amiright ;D #mcpricely
OH MY GOD
EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING LMAO
Did I get the ending wrong? I thought RJ was driving to Chris in the end - didn't he? Would be a good ending for me.
Amo esta película, de verdad que la recomiendo ,no se van a arrepentir, vale la pena dedicarle el tiempo que requiere la película .vas quedar tan atrapado como yo lo hice. de verdad que espero la próxima con muchas ansias.
If this is wrong... I don't wanna be right
mormons dont take by their hands when they pray
Does anyone know where I could rend the full movie ? I tried the links in the description and they do not work. Thanks.
You can’t get it in peacock
Is this based on a true story
The guy who make must be mad because the guy he liked is Mormon.

eu shippava horrores os elders que vinham em casa, agora é que vou shippar ainda mais
were can I download the full movie from.
You can get it on peacock
This movie was dead boring from the beginning but myyyyy, the last scene where that guy cried confessing his feelings was so genuine and perfect, it made me forgot all the boringness associated with this movie, lol
Farisss92 I don’t like your comment
Maybe it is
was so disappointed with the ending but I liked the movie so I went on imdb and they actually posted the whole sequel on there its through hulu so you have to watch a shit tone of commercials.
You must not know any lesbians or straight people if you think cheating is the primary province of gay men.
Why are they filming films with the Mormons guys as gay, this is the second one i have seen so far
mormon on mormon action, this has its own class of fetish
I liked the movie, and it really made me think. But it isn't beautiful. The sad thing is that they weren't able to be together in the first place. But once you're married with a child you don't leave your wife. It's never a beautiful or even acceptable thing to leave your wife... EVER... for any reason. Chris in this movie needed to man up and do what was right. Religion aside.
Why are you looking at films about gay Mormons?
Looks like a replica of *latter day saints* with less cute leads and better cinematography......
hahahahahaaaa stick this on your religious channel
the gay ones do :p
lmao when he said 20... like the guy is 20 haha. He looks at least 27... I seen this movie before it's called Latter Days except oh wait this isn't the same only a rip off... pass
Latter days was a good movie but it wasn't half as good as this movie.
+TheRealiKarlos The Falls/Falls2 is much better than Latter Days.
I hope more people of the Mormon LDS can see these episodes and create more scenes like these., However the Head of humans and Mormon in order., All religious, can open their vision and their feelings,. What is it with this homosexual bent to LDS? When do I ever see a movie about gay Buddhist monks?
+Tesla bent? Oh you mean like when the church spent millions (Prop 8) trying to keep gay people as 2nd class citizens?
+geoos Probably not. There's a group whose fantasy is about the young innocent celibate "elders" in uniform. I'm thinking of Latter Days and mormonboyz.com, etc. No such inflated interest in Buddhist monks who can also be young, innocent, celibate and in uniform.

I hate this movie!
Why?
+Elizabeth benson Yes enlighten us with why you hated a movie that speaks to the truth of what gay mormons have gone through?
