After a three-year hiatus, the return of the Traslacion Procession of the Black Nazarene of Quiapo brings with it the revival of the "Dungaw" rites for the Nazareno and the venerable image of Nuestra Señora del Carmen de San Sebastian. The faithful eagerly participate in these ceremonies with renewed fervor and devotion.
