hikvision, hire proper spanish translators because i missconfigured the dvr by selecting "si" on a question, the question said "ponga la resolucion a 1080 para....." and now i cant access the dvr, on the initial setup, the question make you undestand that is a tip not an actual setting. the question should say something around "¿desea que establesca la resolucion a 1080?" and a confirmation after the setting, now i am having trouble reseting the device.

it's clear to everyone how to return to factory settings, but if you don't know the pattern, how will you return it? the goal is to reset it to factory settings without knowing the pattern otherwise even grandma knows
