Loved this, retired after almost 30 years in the fit business. ( due to physical problems). I was a pt, class instructor, exercise therapist, Health and age specialist. You are my go to videos , tried a lot but you are the best.❤
Thank you, was glad the dance was at the end as I was lost with no breakdown explaining the moves. Would love to see an easy dance routine on here that I can follow with a lot of explanation to be able to do the moves I've tried the dance ones a few times and have a hard time catching on. I enjoyed the bodyweight workout routine.
As someone with no coordination, I had a hard time keeping up with the dance portion and was standing still, confused, for most of it. But the workout portion was good (and killer)!
This was a really good workout: high impact cardio and bodyweight moves. I would recommend people wear shoes just because you're doing a lot of jumping.
I wish it was half dance half cardio circuit instead of it being mostly cardio circuit and only five minutes of dance… This should’ve been just cardio circuit. It’s a good workout though. I’m just disappointed because I thought it was gonna be more dance …
I completely disagree! I hate dance classes usually, so only 10 minutes of easy dance made it easier! I thought the modifications for the core section of the circuit was crap though. I just did mountain climbers, held a straight arm plank and the bear craw lifts.
The workout part was okey, yet the dance came as too short and too rapid. It wouldn't hurt to make it 35 minutes video with the proper break-down of both choreos.
This workout was amazing!!!!. I hope Lyndsay Arnold does more
