people don't realize Yolanda is a vocal powerhouse. She makes the songs (some of them) seem so simple but they are hard to sing. When Erica lowered the key around 2:00 it got better.
I love her falsetto or head voice or whatever it called!!! It’s so beautifully placed. I know she an alto and have some throat issues in the past!!! But this tribute was beautiful!! Beautiful E ❤️❤️

Her head/falsetto sounds awesome here...but that middle part where she tried to belt was not good....She's a lower mezzo (Alto in church terms) than Yolanda (Soprano in church terms) so she's not able to belt those higher notes like Yolanda

She is one of the most technically sound singer's out there and though Erica can sing she was all over the place with this song. There are other songs of yolanda that she could of chosen that would have been easier for her. Sorry to say I did not feel the anointing with her rendition not after hearing yolanda's version. Just my humble opinion.
