Cyclohexane chair substituent which are at 180 degree angle are anti, rest all are gauche, if you see beta methyl then carbon 6 and carbon 3 are not at 180 degree angle so these two will form gauche units, similarly for alpha methyl carbon 3 and 6 are not at 180 degree angle thus will form two gauche units.
