Relax and enjoy a calm, scenic drive along Route 7A in Western Vermont, known as "The Shires of Vermont Scenic Byway", connecting Manchester, VT to Bennington, Vermont through Arlington, Vermont a few hours south of famous Burlington. Many states offer beautiful fall scenery but Vermont is known across the Northeast, The United States, and Eastern Canada, for the picturesque scenic foliage of Vermont in Autumn. When fall arrives over the Green Mountains of Vermont, leaf peepers from miles away to experience fall in Vermont. The rolling green hills, famous maple syrup stands, and stunning rivers demonstrate the beauty and simplicity of Vermont making it a perfect fall destination for tourists, travelers, and everyone in between.
I hope you enjoy the quiet comfort of fall foliage on an Autumn ride through Vermont. The purpose of these videos is to bring some relaxation or showcase tourist destinations in their natural state without music or narration allowing the location to be the character. Please comment below if you've visited, hope to visit, or found some anxiety relief or stress relief from taking a few minutes to travel with me.

Thank you!!
There's something about fall in Vermont. I've driven this route many times. Thanks for another relaxing and scenic video!
Vermont has a very special kind of magic. You can feel life slow down a little as soon as you cross the border
That was a fun ride, mostly because it's HOME! I have lived in Bennington since 1987. Looking forward to Fall again; my favorite season and just so beautiful here! Thanks for filming this.
I love it! And get excited because I have a ride through Bennington coming in a few weeks!
I live in NC. I'm just getting over being sick for almost 2 yrs, 2 heart surgeries. I told my husband that I want to visit Vermont!
I hope you get to find your way there. It's an amazing place that's good for the heart. So sorry for your health struggles but admire the strength!
@@MileMarker4k Thank you so much! I'll find at least video to put on my channel! LOL
Although this route is nice try going off Rt. 7a onto any dirt road and it is even more gorgeous.
When I visited I was debating if I should do a few bit time was limited to find a good route and was wondering if I should go back next fall and do a dirt road Vermont series. You answered the thought perfect!
Nice Driving my friend. Amazing views. I enjoyed it👍👍4
Thank you!
I just visited Vermont in the first week of October, drove through Manchester and Woodstock towns to New Hampshire, the fall colors were amazing. Thanks for sharing this video.
I went through a very similar area but got there just before the colors really lit up. Sounds like a good excuse to go back next fall!
Yes, the leaves have not fully turned yet, but never mind. This is a mesmerizing drive no matter what the season. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the kind words! I normally find my way to Vermont a few times a year and still haven't found a bad season there yet
Too late.
The leaves are fading and bland.
Should've been made 2 or 3 weeks earlier.
Ironically I think I was a little early. There was so much green and I don't think the colors had a chance to pop yet. Lesson learned for next year
I was wondering if you'd ever come to my home state! Any chance you're headed to Middlebury or are you going to go up Route 100 and bypass us?
It was long overdue! Unfortunately I didn't make it that far north on this trip. Next summer or fall I'm hoping to do a whole series around Champlain. Rt 2, Burlington, and that area of rt 7 on the southern end of the lake. This year Unfortunately I didn't make it past windsor/Manchester
@@MileMarker4k okay, I understand, but I look forward to you touring the Champlain Valley.
@@dowzoo I'm so excited to! It's just a little further away than a day trip and when I come up I want to catch EVERYTHING!
