Honestly, this beginning part would have looked more edible if Haachama didn't toss the Tofu water into the pot and instead drained it away. That and remove the scum that floating everywhere in the pot.
i don't know about everybody else but a lot of the stuff Haachama cooks looks decent, i don't know if it is because i come from south America but im used to food looking weird but it's usually cheap and easy to make stuff that can feed your whole family and still allow you to pay the bills. also the subs look great but it would be cool if the background was a little transparent, just for looks!

That's an interesting idea putting the subs on the left with black background. Definitely easy to read even on a phone display.
