Fantastic Instruction, Very Clear and thorough in explanation. I wish she was a guest coach at Arthur Murray Cranford. It would be fantastic to receive an in-person coach session.

Anna does travel the US a lot judging at many competitions. That might be a good time to schedule a lesson with her as well. Next event is Chicago Crystal Ball 👍🏽

You are so fantastic! You can see all of your years of training in each stride. Do you aim to turn out the hip when you transfer your weight, or are your hips suppose to stay square?

Any possibility of Anna detailing how the articulation of the foot can be fitted into the 2 3 4&1 count? For example where we should be on the counts of the half beats 2 & etc. Are we on position A on the beat 2 ?
This video is wonderful but having trouble understanding how to use the intricate movement

      Same thing with me.
By the time she was explaining, I forget which steps to take(too much talking to get the move/steps).

Hola. I want to tell you that your explanation seems very detailed and your really studied, but the automatic dialogs on the screen are not alloweding to see your feet evolutions. I'm sorry. but your posture is changed very slowly and is possible how is changing,. That is awesome. Thanks. V. Lopez.

    I find it so confusing!
It probably works for experienced dancers. but as someone who is waiting to see how it is done, didn't help me
I just hear three part of the foot again and again
