- Here is a tutorial on everything you need to know on how to use the Hood after his August 2021 buff! This was a great buff giving him insane damage potential where my r4 5* was doing over 300,000 heavy attacks and while giving great utility with fate seal, hex, stagger, power steal, heal and much more!

Great video. I’ve been doing a lot of testing in the cavalier quest. He’s alot of fun to play and has solid utility. Clearing whole lanes, just with an r3 hood. Definitely going to be my next r4 mystic.

So that synergy to load bullets on heavy is pretty key. Not a great champ without it. Very informative vid tho! thanks! In fact love all your breakdowns! 😁
Glad you liked the vid and I partially agree on your statement. Since the video I actually took a dup 6* Hood to R3 and use him constantly now. I originally started using him more to duo with King Pin (who has massive synergy boost from Hood) but a lot of the time now I find myself going to Hood first.
I really never bring synergy teams with him, but it does take getting used to on a playstyle with him.
He's still phenomenal without it. Remember, he loads his pistols with every missed hit while invisible.

R4 5* (Full Suicides) detonating 99 Hexes (304K damage) will always be impressive. In the future, can you also showcase champs without Suicides? Not everyone in the community runs Suicides (including me). Besides, when you pull a champ from a crystal or a champ is buffed, Suicides are not included. Let get a more accurate look at their damage. Thanks. ✌😎

Better is very subjective, but personally I prefer hood over her but I could see an argument for either

People hated on him bad after buff but people sometimes judge way too quick, he's extremely good. I got a 6* at r2 now and likely will r3 in near future.
I have 5 star hood (unawakened) and 4 star venom (awakened) ... Both of them (power : 3800-3900 ) who should I level up for act 5 ,event and side quests......
Personally I'd recommend hood, not necessarily because he is better, but because if u r on act 5, that means act 6 is soon and you can use 4*s in act 6 so better to focus on the future.

I mentioned it many times throughout the vid actually. The synergy I show is good way to get started then you rotate between invisible with the misses and back again, each invisible rotation you will get 3-6 bullets so takes a bit, under 42 and with synergy simply just parry

Yes, I briefly mentioned being able to use s2 for invisible to get it invisible again, but didn't get too into it. Since his miss % decreases with each miss and I mainly like it to reload bullets for massive hex damage, but I can understand possibly wanting more invisible
@@mcocalbundyrules9946 no I mean if you get invisible then use sp2 invisible you can literally have 100% uptime on invisible and keep high bullets through entire quests while getting benefits of invisible cool down aswell
Just dash back to enable invisible after cool down ends while your still invisible

Still a bit early to be 100% as would have to use more, but my initial instincts is most likely

I agree I was annoyed when they reversed the buff last time. I had even did a buff tutorial on him last buff that I had to remove from my channel, lol.

Rather thank mcoc community and forum ppl complaining that hood removal of fate seal/ hex is a nerf and hence kabam was forced to undo the buff

They should have left his hex intact. The fate seal is a nerf.
I personally like the buff a ton and you can keep fate seal up 100% of the time if you want with current interactions those 300k heavies are like dang!
Most people would rather take the ability to shut down all Buffs over extra damage.

When hood 1st buffed- his sp2 has no fate seal, hex. It's a nerf
When hood buffed again- his sp2 damage is less than last time, it's a nerf.

I usually like your videos and find'em quiet helpful. but this one is barley watchable, you're all over the place, no structure whatsoever. as a guide not very useful
Well I'm very sorry to hear you did not like this video, some champs with more complicated kits might feel a little less organized but it all comes together, just got to watch the whole thing (if you skip through parts it will be confusing). And as far as all over the place, I'll disagree, as I always do, I follow the exact structure of the champ profile description. I follow the order kabam has for the champs and break down each part into a separate section. I might reference an overlapping concept because that's how hood works but dig further into those overlapping areas in the stand alone section
