I really love that Aria is common pick in RTA again. She is very fair to play against and have a lot of counters but punishes certain teamcomps very hard. A unit that was designed in very healthy way in my opinion.

There are really just a lot of things that can counter her, that's why you usually would want to draft her around 4th or 5th pick to see what your enemy team is like first. She's strong in the right matchup and would usually be a forced ban if that was the case.
You need to have a lot of heroes with good gears. RTA is specifically for end game players because they have many units and a lot of good gears. I don't recommend to play RTA if you're still in the early game or mid game. At the same time, drafting in RTA is tricky. It takes time to understand the meta and your style to play the draft.

Buff block, skills that cant be countered, cc, milim passive, solitaria, ml politis, roana, byblis, lrk, shalltier... There is a lot.
