Nope, Amiga only had 4 channels and faaar lower sample rate. This was probably made in Renoise, OpenMPT or any other similar trackers.

judging by the fact that this is an xm file, and looking inside of the module, it mentions the year 2001, i'd guess this was created using fasttracker 2
