I don't think he was picking his favorite - just following the prophetic flow at the moment. God is moving in Australia right now, too, and they weren't mentioned. So it isn't a complete list. :)
I personally think God has powerful plans for Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. I was in Ukraine in late 2021, and I felt the presence of God really strongly in some of the churches I visited there. Since the war broke out, they have been seeing God move far more powerfully. I expect great things to come, but I don't know His timing
