    Another important point is to add an extra day at the gym to your routine. Going 3 times a week to the gym when you first start your journey is great but there's going to be a time where your body will adjust and you're going to have to add another day to your routine so that you're body will have to adjust to the new change. Another thing I'd like to add is that, men usually, myself included, neglect working on their lower bodies and mid-section. Our legs have a tone of muscle and when we incorporate those muscles, that means more calories burned, in addition to when we work other muscle groups (Chest, Arms, Back, Shoulders). I started my journey at 374 lbs and got down to 265 lbs. My goal is to be at 240 lbs. I'm 6'2 and 45 years old.

      Adding that extra gym day is like leveling up in a video game - new challenges bring new gains! Really impressive that you've lost all that weight. Keep pushing brother!
