Why I'm taking apart my LEGO Rock Raiders MOC.

- Greetings LEGO Fans! In this update I have good news and I have bad news.
The good news is the build will be on display at Atlanta Brick Con in just a few weeks!
The bad news is I will be taking it apart immediately afterwards and rebuilding it into several different projects.
Rock Raiders are far from done but this iteration is on it's way out!

This heavy build might be a learning experience for future builds being more modular and easier to move around. Regardless cant wait to see what comes from the new blank slate.

I loved the videos documenting this, a little sad I didn't get a chance to see it in person but I'm excited to see what you make next! Hopefully the awesome lava look you got here can be reused in another MOC!

This was my favorite moc! Seriously brought me back to this theme as a kid. Super nostalgic.

I'm so glad I got to see it at the Tampa show.. it was a Grumptastic Moc .. it will be missed, but I can't wait to see the new and improved moc.

If you don’t have stairs to contend with a lift table would be a huge help. I have moved aquariums on them many times. Not overly expensive to buy one time.
A cool MOC would be to make one big single geode with a rock raiders vignette inside!
It’s too bad that you won’t be able to finish it but even half completed it’s still an amazing moc!
Gideon will be so sad! This has been his favorite MOC!
Oh come on... I just brought back over 100Kg of Lego from France to the US ! 4 luggages, 2 carry on and two backpacks !
This build is well over 150kg and is over two meters long. 😉

Probably not. I have zero nostalgic connection to Power Miners white Rock Raiders was a big part of my childhood. 😃

The lava came out so great, sad to see this project go😢 can you re due it but make it more sectional for moving?
Thanks! I’m definitely going to be making more rock raiders soon after. These builds will probably be a bit smaller but I’ll be able to move them safely! 😄
