Thank you for the info. I'm at level 47 and just realized how to unlock Kingpins. Luckily lucked out and picked Pauly and DeathLok intuitively. The only thing I disagree with is Doxxy is very useful at the beginning because she puts the damage back to 100% for the team as her specialty in the campaign. I'm sure eventually you get to a point where you're strong enough not to need this but I don't think I would have made it this far without her.
Always max out Nioh first then Bubba then T Roc after that it's dealer preference. Nioh gives investment speed buff and energy for kingpins. He is the single most important enforcer early game. Bubba is a all around good enforcer even in later game. He has the best battle buffs out of any of the free enforcers and is better then most paid enforcers too. His super weapon you get once in Governor war 2 is one of the best ones to have. T ROC is good for the dimonds production it will be important to get him grand to get the most out of your dimond labs. Dimonds are the most important resources in the game none stop rob them and build up your supply because the investment get expensive and dimonds will always be the resources you are low on. Tip don't worry too much about construction speed it doesn't matter long game and it's better to stay at mansion level 24 and get your hell cat tokens eaiser then rushing to level 25 for the T4s. Hell cat is more important then getting early T4s. Better to build a solid T2 wall and focus on investment instead of rushing for T4s. 10 million of each troop type of T2s. Only have enough T3s to fill a raid of each type until you have your 10 million T2s. You don't want t4s unless you have a meat shield trust me. Other enforcers to work on after the three I mentioned will be Anonymous first then decide based on your main troop raid type you want to be but i recommend bikes since they are the best for under ground markets. cee Jay and Tony for Biker raids. Deathlok and Mike for bruiser raids. Big shot and Sparrow for hitmen raids. Onryo is also a good enforcer to level up since she gives kingpin energy and is used for a lot of different kingpin fights. If you plan to buy enforcers only go after El Santos and Tengu they are the best paid enforcers you can get early on and get the $5 packs you will have them both grand by governor war 2 and that's when you will need the stats. I also got red thorn Jade Medusa Ouka and spike but honestly I didn't need to only red thorn was probably worth it. If you have tengu and el santo you will be good in any battle formation just add Bubba and two of the enforcers i mentioned earlier depending on what raid type and you will be solid.
I have Killer Quurn at simple grade now. I intend to pass her at grand grade directly. Could that be possible from one payment or need every stage payed?

Since I only play for free, I'm not 100% sure, but I think you need to purchase multiple packs to get enough tokens to upgrade. I could be wrong.
Is this after the update?
The game is updated regularly and some options or features change.
