When I was coming back from Mumbai to Delhi a really bad harrasment I faced by the security police of the train.. they threatened me, abused me, beaten me, just for question that I asked from TT that ''why is there two persons sit on the on the one seat of left side of the coach in sleeping coach..and I didn't allowed the second person to share the seat with me becus his ticket number wasn't in the coach list of TT after seeing that.
They threatened me to put in the jail for that and snatched my phone from my hand !! I can still recognise the guard face and TT

I'm sure this policemen knows nothing about the civil procedure and even the basic law. If that person doesn't have any document, you can simply challan him on the basis of other documents of him and if he doesn't have any document at all, then you can simply bound his vehicle in the traffic police office.
