The only eligibility criteria needed is Date of Birth and marks in 12th, so if your age fits the criteria you can give. For example, even if u have done ur bsc, and your date of birth is on or after 1 August 2001, you are eligible for NEST 2021. However, after qualifying NEST you will have do to Int.msc= bsc+msc, so u will have to do 3 years of bsc again.
