I’ve listened everyday.. oftentimes while falling asleep at night. First time I cried. I also began affirming: I already live in and experience my desired reality right now no matter what is going on in my inner and outer state and I have an amazing romantic and committed relationship with my sp, i am his goddess and his one and only option. I manifest the perfect complete version of him and he manifests the complete perfect version of me in every way we are selecting our highest reality together. I see results right now.
So far.. we communicate everday.,, yesterday he told me that he misses me.. beautiful evidence keeps on coming my way.

I've seen the same guy a few times at the gym. I had a passing thought "I wonder what it would be like if we dated" I didn't think much of it but I found this meditation a few days later. I followed this meditation for 3 weeks and then, I kid you not, we matched on an app and went on a date. We're dating now and I am amazed at how powerful this meditation is!

Amanda from Create Your Future, Amy from Illuminatingjoy, Joseph Alai, and Jasmine are my Mount Rushmore of manifesting coaches. Although there are some differences in each of their teachings, I think all 4 are phenomenal, but sometimes for different things. I feel like Joseph Alai’s teachings work really well for manifesting things in which the “how” is unimportant to you, so as far as SP’s go, I think I like Jasmine the best. Anyone else I should check out?? 🙂

Sometimes your SP isn’t what you really want they’re just close to it. Whilst you’re focusing on what you want in detail you will manifest the perfect match to that, so a new and improved SP. You can project all of those qualities on to your original SP and see them change into that person, but it’s usually with less resistance that we manifest someone new as humans focus on circumstances. We tend to get frustrated or hopeless when we don’t see the change in our original SP which halts progress. ❤️ In my experience, when you’re really connected and tuned in, all of your exes and potential SPs come back to you but you usually manifest someone better anyway

I have listened to many of your videos writing notes the last two days. Today i met him at School, because we were going to a meeting about our son.

I have been listening to this recording as I fall asleep at night just to allow the affirmations to sink into my subconscious mind and I honestly feel so good whenever I think of my SP during the day. When I first found the video I was using it as a visualisation meditation but I found myself becoming very emotional and nervous of the outcome whilst visualising. I love using this meditation as a sleep affirmation audio. Thank you, Jasmine. Just in a few short days you’ve helped me live in the end and really believe in myself.

Soooooo! I have been listening to this every day since it came out 7 days ago! some days once but other days up to 3 times as suggested (depending on how busy my day is) and wellll! So I listen to this for the first time this morning, heres wut happened. I had a dream me in my ex whom I want back ,had a full convo in my dream. She kissed me on my neck n head and said sorry I was haven a moment. I said to her ,can I ask u something personal, yes why do u keep unblocking me ,her I'm intrigue basically she missed me and I told her I left my new number in her inbox. Then I woke up. Now this has to be a good sign I'll get my relationship back.

i’ve been watching your videos of manifesting sp or about LOA. The key is to detach and not to care and not to think at all. But I have watched the meditation to attract your ex back, at that meditation we have to visualize or fantasizing someone we would love to attract, in this case we have to think about this sp. Why these seems differents? I mean, The part one you have to do not think at all while the other, part of meditation you have to visualize him. I mean this is seems mind blowing to me. Cmiiw i need the clarity, thank u 😁

This is probably a stupid question but how do we live in the end but we need to detach from what we are manifesting? I am a little confused about how to do this because to me it seems like it is contradictory. Please help!!!!
Since I've been listening to it, my bf tells me to trust him and he hangs up the phone with him saying love you first. Ususlly its always me saying it more. And i dont like just love you, i like the whole phrase. So on the 2nd day of listening to this before we hung up he said I love you, of course first, he said the whole thing without me saying anything, he does say it first before we hang up but its usually rare. Sooo its amazing and its working

Jasmine you reminded me that everything that comes to me is my perception of my own projection was so cool. So I decided that Jimmy my SP was going to fly to Cali to see me... (I was just in Wisconsin and he refused to see me which super duper hurt my feelings but then I decided it was me who hurt my feelings and worked on some worthiness and deserving stuff) but then a different Jim actually (the day after I decided this) a Jim I Never met before said he wanted to come and visit me. Both men live in Wisconsin... and I had texted Jimmy that If he ever decided “hell yeah” I want to see you he should let me know and out of the blue Jim texts “hell yeah” I want to see you. What does it mean when it’s soooo close but not the Specific Person you’ve been holding in your thoughts .... also Jim is still talking about coming to visit but hasn’t made his plans yet which doesn’t bother me he’s not my SP but I felt like maybe he’s showing me what I can do... but I was like HELL YEAH I created this and I can create more! This was in ONE day... you said time isn’t “real” so I was just like I’m not building in “time” anyways just wanted to know if it means anything when it’s so close but not exact.... also is it okay to try and manifest more than one SP ? Or does that somehow say you don’t believe it’s going to happen?

You can just listen to it and relax and you don't need to listen 3 times in a row just several times regularly. You don't need to sit you can lay down or just listen and relax.

Hmmm...how about take a break first in manifesting your sp and just breathe and take some time for yourself. If the breakup is recent, there's still a lot of desperate energy going on. Let that settle down first then start manifesting your sp. Take your sweet time. Your sp will still be there when you start manifesting him/her anyway. Hope this helps.
@@ma.elizamariano2631 involvement of 3rd party is the only thing keeping me from taking a break. Last thing i would want is him to grow closer to anyone else. Any suggestions to prevent this from happenjng when im having a hard time ignoring it. I cant seem to get over it and imagine ljke shes not involved.

What worked for me was counter every negative thought with something that goes to my favor...like...from "Ugh, she has his attention" to "Meh, he'll get bored with her and gonna want me more" to "I intend to have all his attention." and then work with your confidence...have affirmations like I am enough, I am the god of my reality, circumstances don't matter, there's no oppositional force, he is not thinking anything... Things like that. You won't believe them at first bit the more you drum that to your mind, the more you'll believe it and itll be your reality. I recommend that you also watch Amanda of Create Your Future channel. Her specialty is more on countering our negative thoughts. Binge watch it together with Jasmine's. Everytime I watch these two channels, my confidence towards manifesting my sp shoots up.
Oh, and btw, don't be afraid to take breaks. So what if the guy gets a lil bit closer to her while you're gone? Circumstances don't matter, right? I kinda developed that so what attitude from watching Jasmine and it has paid dividends with my interactions with my sp. I remembered the one she said that even if your sp has a p**sy on his face, you're still on his mind. So chill, my babe. He'll be yours. 😉

It's all about the feeling not the picture. The picture just helps you imply you have what you want. Feel like you have what you want and encourage yourself.
