Good video and good algorithm. However, I think I will adapt the algorithm to have straight strips so that I can cut them with the CNC Router and assemble them right away, but now I have both options. How can I manufacture the twisted strips?
That's a great question! Based on the material you can foolwo different strategies. For example, you can try to triangluate and unroll the strips then lasert cut them and bend!
