Hi Tess! I find your videos very inspirational and informative :-D just a little constructive feedback, could you maybe try and keep the sound on the same level throughout the video, when you are speaking directly to camera or playing music the sound are louder than when you record it afterwards and apply it 'on top' of the video, so I often have to turn the sound up and down while watching the video. I hope this makes sense, keep up the good work! :-D

Thanks! I follow LeeFromAmerica on Instagram and copy her recipes, but here's mine: 1TBS Coconut Butter, 1 TSP organic Matcha powder, 1/2 cup hot water, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 TSP cinnamon, a few drops liquid stevia (I also like doing honey instead for a bit of sweet)

Sarah Greenberg I workout in the evening! I used to be a morning workout person, but my workouts can take up to 2 hours with stretch and traveling to the gym. I wanted there to be ample time in the morning for the rest of my routine so I swapped that part to the evening.
