Paignton Zoo

Paignton Zoo is probably one of England's best days out for all the family - better than London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo, and vastly superior to the disappointing, over-priced and hard to get to Eden Project. It is 3.5 hours by train from Paddington station in London.
The zoo is large enough that it is easy to spend a whole day there. The catering facilities are not overpriced and the food is decent enough.
I can't show you the whole place in this video, obviously, but I hope it gives a feel for the place. Highly recommended.
