Even if he was Ice/Steel, Water would be the best one to fight it with (unless it had Freeze-Dry) Water resists Ice, and Steel DOESN'T resist Water which makes it the perfect counter in practice. Though not on paper. 8:10 In an actual pokemon battle, it would not be so simple. Water types can learn poison moves sometimes, or more often Ice type moves. Tentacool or some other dual types Water types can resist Grass, and if the Grass type is half Ground like in Sinnoh... You'd better HOPE that the Water type doesn't have Ice Beam or Ice Fang. Though obviously, Grass types will win most of the time. But agaisnt two, it's a bit more difficult. 9:03 Though yeah, Fire types usually win exchanges against Grass types. Also the amount of steps to hatch a pokemon egg matters on what Pokemon is inside the egg. The bulbasaur in pokemon would have taken between 5000-12000 steps to hatch.
