So basically its like ar verbs but insted of the a u replace a with e so like a = e an=en

And "ir" verbs are like "er" verbs minus the nosotros + vosotros form having an "i"

when speaking, how do you conjugate quickly in your head- fast enough to speak. as in conjugation without thinking about it
The more you use the language the more conjugation is just second nature. To be honest, I very rarely think about it anymore. Part of that is that the more you hear it, interact with it, your brain just gets better at it. Just like how you "conjugate" in English daily without really thinking about it. Imagine how frustrating THAT would be. ;-)

Best of luck! If you get a chance, try to find things to read in Spanish (blogs, yahoo respuestas, music lyrics to follow along with, subtitles in tv shoes, etc). Whatever you can to expose yourself to the language will help! ;-)

Why is Ustedes under 3rd person, plural, I think it should be with Vosotros but I'm not sure, so you'd conjugate it as you would Ellos and Ellas?
The ustedes form ends in an "n" like ellos and ellas, which is why it is lumped in that same box with ellos and ellas.
Like how usted (singular of ustedes) has the same ending as él and ella. Since it ends the same as él and ella.
