You're actually very blessed. Not all can afford to build their own homes and have land to grow their own organic food, or have family members who do the same and share with you. My son says no one throws away anything in Mom's house till after I take all pictures down and look through her sewing stuff because she saves money everywhere. It may not be a lot in 1 place but, it adds up.😊

We take the soap out of the wrapping and put it in the linen cupboard between the sheets and pillowcases etc. It makes the linen smell nice and hardens the soap to last longer. 😊

@@TheSheekozFamily In USA. "Pink eye" is much like a cold, it is very contagious but not deadly. Lots of people have had "the flu, influenza". My husband returned from a hunting trip with the illness, and my son and myself got it the day after Christmas.

We take the soap out of the wrapping and put it in the linen cupboard between the sheets and pillowcases etc. It makes the linen smell nice and hardens the soap to last longer. 😊
What a wonderful surprise!! Finders keepers for Sati lol. You should use some of the soaps and things, that's why they were sent, but I also understand holding on to the sentiment of love from afar.
