In most cars, the Automatic transmission is faster than the Manual...But the GR86/BRZ is backwards, the Automatic versions are MUCH slower than the Manual GR86s...over a full second slower 0-60mph. This is because they are geared differently, Manual GR86 has aggressive gear ratios for acceleration, and the Automatic GR86 has long gear ratios for optimal fuel economy. TDLR; Manual GR86 is faster than that one shown.

Good race, your car is quicker, GR86 auto is slower than manual, I think a manual GR86 would run even with you.

It doesn't have longer gears though. It's just slower.

Gr86 is auto with a intake rsx is intake and full exhaust
